1. Technician – Robotics
Location: Pijnacker, Netherlands
Employment: Full-time (32 or 40 hours)
Education level: MBO
About the role:
At Inlux Robotics, cobots, components, and complete robotic solutions arrive every day and are shipped all over the world. But before a cobot reaches a customer, there’s more to do than just move a box.
That’s why we’re looking for a Robotics Technician who’s technically minded, enjoys working with their hands, and is eager to learn more about robotics.
You’ll program and configure cobots, test systems, prepare orders technically for shipment, and support our engineers whenever needed. In short: this isn’t a traditional warehouse role, but a hands-on technical position right in the middle of the robots.
Today you’ll configure a cobot for shipment. Tomorrow you’ll help an engineer
test a new gripper. And after that, you might help build a
demo for an international trade show.
Job Description - Technician
What will you do?
• Connect, configure, and program cobots;
• Technically inspect and test robots and components;
• Prepare software, settings, and configurations;
• Ensure customer orders are technically complete;
• Prepare cobots and related equipment for shipping;
• Analyze and resolve minor faults;
• Assist with demo setups and tests;
• Work with our engineers on projects and prototypes;
• Prepare equipment for trade shows, demonstrations, and training sessions;
• Keep our technical inventory and workspace tidy and organized.
Who are we looking for?
We’re not looking for a traditional warehouse worker.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work but also wants to understand how technology works. Someone who gets curious when a new robot arrives and would love to connect it right away to see what it can do.
It helps if you:
• Have an interest in robotics, automation, or industrial technology;
• Are comfortable using computers and technical software;
• Have a practical mindset and enjoy working with your hands;
• Work accurately;
• Can take responsibility independently;
• Enjoy learning new things;
• Like working with engineers and other colleagues.
What do you get from us?
You won’t get a job where you perform the same task all day.
You’ll get:
• Daily hands-on work with modern cobots and robotics technology;
• A role that combines technology and practical work;
• Plenty of opportunity to learn robotics in practice;
• Varied work;
• The opportunity to grow and take on increasing technical responsibility;
• Close collaboration with our engineers and other colleagues;
• A good salary that reflects your skills and experience;
• Good employment benefits;
• 25 vacation days;
• Friday afternoon drinks and regular BBQs;
• And above all, a workplace where robots are simply part of your workday.

2. Sales Specialist – Robotics
Location: Pijnacker, Netherlands
Employment: Full-time (32 or 40 hours)
Level: HBO
About the role:
Can you spot commercial opportunities and get excited about technology you can actually see in action? Then we have a great challenge for you.
Inlux Robotics is growing rapidly. More and more companies want to automate and are discovering what cobots can do for their production processes.
That’s why we’re looking for a Sales Specialist – Robotics & Automation to help customers move forward, identify commercial opportunities, and work with our engineers to find the right solution.
You’ll work mainly from our office in Pijnacker, but we’re definitely not looking for a salesperson who wants to sit behind a desk all day. If it’s better to visit a customer, there’s an interesting trade show coming up, or a great commercial opportunity presents itself, you’ll get out there.
Job Description - Sales Specialist
What will you do?
As a Sales Specialist, you are an important point of contact for our customers and prospects.
One customer knows exactly which cobot they need. Another only knows that a particular production process needs to be smarter or more efficient. You ask the right questions, uncover their needs, and help them move forward.
Sometimes that means selling a cobot or component. Sometimes it leads to a complete automation project, where you work with our engineers to find a solution.
Among other things, you will:
• Follow up on new inquiries and leads;
• Advise existing and potential customers;
• Prepare and send quotes, and actively follow up on them;
• Identify commercial opportunities and take action on them;
• Advise customers on cobots, components, and automation solutions;
• Maintain and develop relationships with machine builders, integrators, and end customers;
• Actively approach new customers and markets;
• Work closely with engineering on technical customer inquiries;
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, leads, and commercial opportunities;
• Visit customers when needed;
• Participate in trade shows, demonstrations, and events;
• And, of course, make sure a good conversation ultimately turns into a great order.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who connects easily with people and is energized by sales.
Someone who doesn’t wait for the phone to ring, but spots opportunities and goes after them. At the same time, we believe it’s important to listen to the customer.
We don’t want to sell boxes just because we can; we want to offer solutions that genuinely help our customers.
It helps if you:
• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education and thinking;
• Have sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment;
• Have an interest in technology, automation, or robotics;
• Communicate easily and listen well;
• Think commercially and are results-oriented;
• Take initiative and are confident seizing opportunities;
• Work in a structured way and follow up on quotes and leads effectively;
• Can work independently, but also enjoy collaborating;
• Are proficient in Dutch and English;
• Would enjoy being part of an internationally growing company.
Experience in robotics or automation is a plus, but not required.
What do you get from us?
You’ll have a commercial role in a fast-moving market.
Robot automation is becoming accessible to more and more businesses, and there are plenty of opportunities ahead. This means you’ll have a lot of freedom to help drive our continued growth.
You’ll receive, among other things:
• A varied commercial role in robotics and automation;
• Plenty of freedom and responsibility;
• The opportunity to build your own customer base and relationships;
• Direct collaboration with engineering and marketing;
• The opportunity to visit customers, trade shows and events;
• Work in an international organization and market;
• Plenty of room for your own ideas and initiative;
• A good salary that reflects your knowledge and experience;
• Good employment benefits;
• 25 vacation days;
• Open communication and little unnecessary hierarchy;
• Friday afternoon drinks and regular barbecues;
• And colleagues who want to help Inlux grow further, together with you.
