What is the maximum load capacity of the torque sensor?

The maximum force is 0–200 N on the Z-axis (approximately 20 kg). This sensor is suitable for models such as FR3, FR5, FR10, and FR16. For heavier models like FR20 and FR30, we recommend a heavier type.

What is the measurement accuracy of the sensor?

The accuracy is 0.1 N, which corresponds to a detection difference of about 10 grams.

For which applications can this sensor be used?

The sensor enables force-controlled applications, such as controlled picking up, stacking, sanding, or assembling with a specific pressure.

Is the torque sensor compatible with Fairino cobots?

Yes, fully plug-and-play via a 5-pin M12 connector. Installation is done directly on the flange.

Can the torque sensor be combined with a gripper?

Yes, depending on the type of gripper and connection. In some cases, a splitter is needed. Compatibility may vary by application.
